Refund & Returns Policy

We want you to enjoy your projector and accessories. If something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to fix it while also protecting our small business.

1. Return window

  • We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, based on the tracking information.

  • After 30 days, we unfortunately can’t offer a refund or exchange unless required by law.

2. Eligibility for a refund

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in the same condition that you received it:

    • no heavy signs of use

    • no cracks, dents, or liquid damage

  • It should be in the original packaging with all accessories (remote, cables, manuals, etc.) whenever possible.

  • You’ll need a receipt or proof of purchase (your order confirmation email is enough).

We reserve the right to refuse a refund or issue a partial refund if the item is returned damaged, heavily used, or missing parts not due to our error.

3. Non-refundable items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded (unless they arrive damaged/defective):

  • Digital products / downloads (e.g., +100 Display Scenes)

  • Free gifts or bonus items

  • Gift cards

  • Items marked Final Sale on the product page

4. Defective or damaged items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Photos or a short video showing the issue

  • Your order number

We’ll review it and, if approved, send a replacement or offer a refund.
We may ask you to send the product back or safely dispose of it, depending on the case.

5. Shipping costs for returns

  • If the item is defective / wrong item because of our mistake, we cover return shipping or send a free replacement.

  • If you are returning an item for other reasons (changed mind, wrong plug type chosen, etc.), you are responsible for:

    • the return shipping cost, and

    • any original shipping fees (if applicable), which are non-refundable.

6. How to start a return

  1. Email us at support@plugandproject.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We’ll confirm if your return is eligible and send you the return address and instructions.

  3. Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll email you to let you know if your refund is approved.

  4. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank or card issuer.

7. Cancellations & address changes

  • Orders can usually be cancelled or edited within 2 hours of placing the order.

  • After that, the order may already be processing and we can’t guarantee changes.

If you entered a wrong address and the package is returned to us, we can reship it to the correct address, but you may be charged the reshipping cost.
