We ship our projectors and accessories to customers worldwide.
1. Processing time

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days.

During busy seasons or promotions, processing may take a little longer.
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link once your order has shipped.
2. Estimated delivery times
Typical delivery times after dispatch:

North America (USA, Canada): 7–15 business days

Europe & UK: 7–18 business days
-
Middle East & Asia: 8–20 business days
-
Oceania (Australia, New Zealand): 8–20 business days

Rest of World: 10–25 business days
These are estimates only. Delays can happen due to customs, local carriers, holidays, or events outside our control.
3. Tracking your order

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number by email.

Tracking updates may take 2–5 business days to appear depending on the carrier.
If your tracking hasn’t updated for more than 7 business days, contact us and we’ll check with the carrier.
4. Customs, duties & taxes
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties or VAT charged by your country.

These charges are not included in our prices and are the customer’s responsibility.

We cannot control or predict these fees.
5. Shipping Protection (if applicable)
If you purchase Shipping Protection at checkout:

We will replace or refund orders that are lost or damaged in transit, after the carrier’s investigation.

Shipping Protection does not cover:
-
packages marked as delivered by the carrier but claimed as missing,
-
incorrect addresses entered by the customer, or
-
stolen packages after delivery.

If you did not purchase Shipping Protection, we will still assist you in contacting the carrier, but we cannot guarantee a free replacement.
6. Wrong or incomplete address
Please double-check your shipping details at checkout.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we can reship it, but you may be charged for additional shipping.

We are not responsible for orders delivered to the wrong address if the address was entered incorrectly by the customer.
